Traction batteries from Exide are sold under the Ceil & Index brand – a name that appropriately emphasizes their next generation character. Remarkable for providing 15% extra capacity, Ceil & Index batteries are used in various motive power applications, with Forklifts being the most widespread. Our traction batteries exceed BS, DIN and BCI specifications to ensure prolonged equipment life.
